The below mentioned people are some of the key professionals driving the Company. However, the strength of the Company lies in the fact that it has been able to build a talented team of chemists, engineers, accountants, sales people, technicians and workers who take ownership of their actions and strive to work together as a team.

Dr. Yatish Kumar Bansal (President- Operations)

Dr. Bansal is a Ph.D from BITS Pilani and an M. Pharma from Punjab University. He has over 28 years experience in the pharma industry, API operations and production. His enriched experience includes his association with revered organizations like IPCA Labs, Cadila Pharma, Dabur Research, Ranbaxy Labs and Sequel Pharmaceuticals .

Mr. R.S. Dhaliwal (President- Corporate HR)

Mr. R.S. Dhaliwal is an HR Professional with over 29 years of experience in HRD,PM&IR, and OD Functions. Prior to PDL, he has been working in Ind Swift Labs and had been a member of its executive board.

Mr. R.C. Goyal (Senior Vice President- Finance and Accounts)

Mr. R.C. Goyal, a Chartered Accountant by profession with around 30 years of enriched experience in the domain of Finance and Accounts Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Bhushan Industries Limited, SFL Industries Limited, Milkfed, Punjab and Punjab Maize Product Limited

Mr. Malcolm Rosenthal (Executive Vice President-Global Business Development)

Mr. Malcolm Rosenthal is currently heading our US CRAMS operations. He has a rich experience of over 25 years in Pharmaceutical/Generic/Biotech/Fine Chemicals industry encompassing sales team management, business development, market research, and market development functions. He has an extensive International experience in East pacific Rim, Europe and Central and South America.

Mr. Sameer Madan ( Vice President - Business Trade Finance )

Mr. Sameer Madan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Finance. Prior to joining with PDL, he has worked as the Chief Financial Officer for KDDL Limited. His earlier assignment was at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited as head of Finance. His core strength lies in the monitoring of financial operations, Budgeting, Working Capital Management, and Cost Control.

Dr. R.K. Singh (Vice President - Operations )

Dr. R.K. Singh is a doctorate in Physical Chemistry from Purvanchal University, Varanasi. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Dashmesh Medicare Private Limited. He is highly experienced in the API operations and is contributing in improvement of operational efficiencies.

Dr. Pardeep Narula (Vice President- Research and Development)

Dr. Pardeep Narula has over 18 years enriched experience in the field of R&D. He is an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Kurukshetra University and a Ph.D(Chemistry) from Delhi University. He has experience with companies of repute like Dishman, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Zandu Chemicals, and Ranbaxy Research Laboratories

Mr. M.S. Walia( Assistant Vice President- EHS )

Mr. M.S. Walia is a B.Sc. from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has an additional MBA and Advance Diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management with specialization in TQM. He has over 33 years of experience with reputed organizations like Ranbaxy labs Ltd., Sunil Synchem, Max India Ltd., DSM Anti-Infectives India Ltd., Surya Pharmaceuticals and Morepen Labs Ltd.

Mr. Amit Singh (General Manager- Corporate Quality)

Mr. Amit Singh is an M.Sc. Gold Medalist from Panjab University. At PDL he is looking into Quality control and assurance across all locations. He has over 18 years of rich experience with different pharmaceutical companies(Both API and Formulations). He has earlier worked with companies like Ranbaxy Labs , Indswift ,Macleods ,Nectar Life Sciences and Johnson and Johnson.
